Pilot applications

If you submit an application, Varko receives your name, company, work email, website, estimate-volume range, CRM, and permission to contact you. We use these details to evaluate the pilot and discuss scope and timing.

Applications are stored in Varko’s Cloudflare account. They are accessible through a private, authenticated operator interface. Application records expire automatically within 91 days. You can request earlier deletion by emailing hello@varko.io from the address on your application.

We keep a daily, keyed hash of your IP address to limit application spam. The application database does not store your raw IP address. Cloudflare processes network information to deliver and protect the site and provides aggregate traffic statistics.

What the form does not need

Please do not send homeowner contact lists, invoices, passwords, or customer records through the application. If we proceed with a pilot, access, permitted use, confidentiality, and deletion of customer data are agreed separately before onboarding. Application details are not sent to an AI model.

No advertising trackers

The landing page does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. The scenario calculator runs in your browser. Your calculator inputs are not submitted with an application.

The invoice recovery tool

The separate invoice recovery tool continues to generate messages in your browser. It does not upload your case. Its saved preference is your light or dark theme. The optional Recovery Desk is sold and delivered by Gumroad, under Gumroad’s own privacy terms.
